How to Request an Exchange or Refund

2. Receive Approval
Once we review your request, we will inform you if it is approved and provide detailed return instructions.
3. Return the Product
Please pack the item securely and return it to us following the instructions provided.

If your refund request is made within 90 days of the purchase date, round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us.

If the request is made after 90 days, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
